Hot Cup of Cuddles
HC slowly opened his eyes, feeling something cool wrapping around his lower leg. Rising his head up and turning the blankets over he sees a purple snake tail halt it's progress up his body. Looking up he sees the embarrassed face of a certain naga he's come to know. Flustered and caught in the act, Violo speaks up.
"S-so sorry! It's been so cold tonight and I could sense how warm you were and and-"
"Hey, its ok. I just wasn't sure what that was." HC responds, trying to calm his friend down. He was always one to have a soothing energy. Since he was created based off the warm beverage that is hot chocolate, his body gave off a cozy amount of heat at all times. For most, it was an occasional pleasure for someone to hug him, maybe even for hours at a time, during cold days. For cold-blooded individuals such as Violo, it was a dream to have such a warm body to rest against. He has yet to ever ask for anything more than a second-long hug from HC, though. The naga was a pretty shy person in general so asking anything from anyone, even a friend, was nerve wracking. He was far too scared of a possibly hurtful response for the request of a night-long snuggle.
"I am sorry for the intrusion. L-let me just go back to my place." Violo sighs, unwrapping his tail from HC's leg and slithering backwards towards the door.
"Wait! It really is ok! I'd even like trying to sleep together for the night." HC speaks up. He was also genuinely eager to feel a long hug from his naga friend but has yet to every ask due to their quiet nature. He hated the idea of causing others embarrassment or discomfort.
Hearing his response, Violo turns around excitedly, clutching his arms to his chest with a big smile on display.
"Oh thank you thank you!" He states, quickly returning to a spot next to the bed. Since HC already pushed his blankets to the side, Violo was both excited and nervous seeing his full body on display. Not even accounting for all the pleasant warmth emanating off him, HC seemed to have slept in only a pair of boxers so the soft look of his body looked very good. Violo let his excitement show, as he brings his tail tip back up to begin winding around his friend's ankles and legs.
"You can rest up here while you do that, you know. I imagine it'll be cozier." says HC, scooting a bit to the side and patting a spot next to him. The cool tail around his legs was a bit off putting but he knew with time he'd feel warm there again. Maybe even more due to the added feeling of his friend around him.
Violo's face shines brighter at HC's offer. He decides to rest his upper half next to his friend's, feeling a bit more nervous being so close but happy to feel even close to that delicious warmth, his tail making its way up more the body, winding itself around the pleasantly soft thighs and hips.
"Y-you feel very nice." Violo mutters, giving HC's lower body a gentle squeeze. HC responds by hugging the naga close, resting his head on his friend's shoulder.
"You feel great too, sweetie." HC states, giving his friend a comforting squeeze. Feeling a surge of enjoyment from the intimacy, Violo speeds up the pace of his tail, winding it up HC's stomach and chest, bringing the tip atop his head to give it some pets. After wrapping his arms around HC as well. Both let out a content sigh being full in each other's grasp.
Not much else was said that night. They exchanged the occasional 'thanks' but both seemed entranced by the other's presence, giving each other the occasional squeeze or head nuzzle throughout the night until eventually, both were asleep. Coated in the warm embrace of a friend, HC and Violo drift off to a cozy sleep to remember.
